We ship on a Monday, Wednesday & Thursday via DPD next day delivery.

UK Shipping:

£6.99 for local postcodes and £7.99 for the rest of the UK.

*NHS staff – BEFORE ordering email us your NHS ID for a free delivery discount code*

International Shipping:

DUE TO THE COMPLICATIONS AND ADDED RESTRICTIONS OF SHIPPING TO THE EU POST BREXIT WE APOLOGISE THAT WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO ACCEPT ORDERS FROM UK ADDRESSES AT THIS TIME.

Click & Collect:

To collect straight from Wylam Brewery orders must be placed through the web store.

At the checkout simply click ‘I’ll Pick It Up Myself’ then select a time slot and day which suits you to collect and we will do the rest.

Collection from the Tap Room is available:

Monday to Thursday: 10am-4pm,

Friday: 10am – 8pm

Saturday & Sunday: 12pm-6pm

Returns & Exchanges:

If goods are to be returned to Wylam Brewery they must be returned in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase. If you would like to return please drop us an email at onlinebeer@wylambrewery.co.uk and we will be happy to assist you. You will be refunded for the goods once we received your item (s) back to us.

If there is a problem with your order or your items are faulty please let us know by dropping us an email at onlinebeer@wylambrewery.co.uk within 30 days of receipt to obtain a refund.

If you have ordered the incorrect size of clothing, we will be happy to offer a replacement (if available) we must be notified within 14 days of the purchase, provided the incorrect time is returned to us by the customer in an unworn, saleable condition.
